September 17, Sunday night, ZenSupples concluded the weeklong road trip, when we arrived to Chicago. It has been a rewarding trip in all ways possible; it has strengthened us as a team and it has strengthened the relationships we have with our clients. One of our main struggles since the inception has been to provide the high-level service our clients deserve over the phone, which is why we prefer to travel and see everyone. On top of that, we have been able to collect many inspiring stories from the people we met, and it would not be fair to the dental world to keep what we came across to ourselves. Therefore, I would like to point out some of the trips highlights here for you to enjoy.
Some people might say it is crazy; we say it is a great adventure, and we like crazy. We, Tiger, Liz, and Erika, have now set sail on a burgundy colored, rented Jeep, headed south, while our Minsk-team is working to keep everything afloat. We have a seven-day trip planned (as much as planning is possible) and our Jeep is going to take us close to 5,000 miles, on a course through Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, and Idaho. So why are we doing this?
We are fortunate to have clients that are patient, provide critical feedback and stay by our side while we are building worlds greatest dental software. In only 8 months we grew to 50 active clients and 44 that are in the onboarding stage, so in no time we believe we will cross that significant mark of 100 offices. I can tell you that we have learned a lot and continue to learn every day and through our daily mantra of “Let’s screw things up” we continue to push the envelope.
As ZenSupplies has continued to grow, naturally, our team has focused increasingly on how we can improve our offerings, through steady, one-to-one engagement with clients and their teams.
Last week we shared some of the major learns we made during 2016. This week, let us be a little bold and give a few of our predictions for the dental industry in 2017. Here are the changes we think the industry will undergo this year:
